Architects

There are any number of desirable traits to look for in an architect. You want someone with grand vision, but devoted to details. You want someone who can not only design the project, but see it through to fruition. You want someone who takes responsibility for their work, and will make sure the job is well done. And you want someone who will do all this for you without impacting your wallet more than is necessary. Finding someone who meets those criteria is difficult even when you're not immersed in a foreign country and culture. Fortunately, CR Communities has taken the time to meet with and see the work of numerous Architects, and we feel that these represent the best Costa Rica has to offer. These architects will design your house, find the crews to build it, and oversee it through completion - ensuring you a pleasant building experience. And best of all, in San Ramón, you are able to do all of this for just $30-$50 per square foot!

  • Rodrigo Torres
Rodrigo's passion lies in the design, and this is apparent as soon as you lay eyes on any of his award-winning designs. He is incredibly adept at translating your vision into reality - even if you aren't sure exactly what it is! His true worth lies in his attention to details though - every inch of every room is meticulously planned, and the results are stunning. His experience with American design standards and ability to communicate in english are just an added bonus.

  • Javier Vargas
Javiar is not only an architect, but an engineer as well, and quality and organization are his strengths. Working with Javiar, you know that every single part of the project has been painstakingly analyzed, and you're not wasting any time or money. In fluent english, he will outline and diagram everything for you, ensuring that you get exactly what you want. And when you realize that his devotion to details is matched by his ability to craft stunning designs, you'll truly be blown away.

Attorneys

Having attorney or "abogado" you trust is an important part of your real estate purchase. We can assist you in finding a qualified attorney either locally in San Ramón, or certainly in San Jose. Attorneys in Costa Rica are also notary publics and can assist you with a wide variety of legal matters.

  • Edgar Campos
Edgar's office is off the Pan-American highway, between Palmares and Naranjo. We have used him for multiple closings in the past, and have had nothing but a positive experience with him. Though he does not speak english, Edgar is always present and on time, and works hard to look out for his clients best interests - without costing an arm and a leg. His clients include a large national bank, and an American owned gas station, amongst others.

  • Andrés Calvo
Andrés works for Granados y Morero, based out of San José and Flamingo, and has worked with us on several delicate matters. He does much of his business in real estate, and speaks near-fluent english. Though his services can cost a little more, he is an excellent choice if you want the comfort of a bigger San José firm.
